Olive oil in its purest form: Elixir d’Olivier.
AOC-classified in the Haute Provence region, this elixir is obtained from olives of the "Aglandau" variety which grow in the Haute Provence Alps. In its aluminium dress, which protects it from light, Elixir d’Olivier jealously preserves all of its aromas and flavours.

The "Fruité vert" selection
"Fruité vert" affirms its distinctive nature with a pronounced ardency and slight piquancy. Its fruity variations blend the aromas of green fruits with that of fresh hay. Its finesse makes it suitable for the most sensible or simple recipes. A dribble of fruité vert on fresh goat cheese, a tomato-cucumber duo, or even grilled meat:  very savoury, very fruity!

The "Fleur d’Huile" selection
Fleur d’Huile is obtained by removing the first drops of oil from the press before mechanical pressure is applied. Fleur d’Huile gives forth an intense fruitiness, a light ardency, and a harmony of pure olive tree blossom aromas! This fruitiness gives a new culinary dimension to the most daring of recipes, to the most intense of flavours.
